Claudia Salem - Office manager & Sales Consultant
Claudia is British born but has spent most of her life in Marbella. Her family have been involved in the construction of exclusive residences and enhancing the flow of tourism amongst the Arab countries to Marbella. With her background as PA and Executive Director of a high profile company, she was expected to be extremely flexible, travel, take responsibility, and she honed her management skills to perfection. She also has years of experience in the Real Estate industry, specializing in the areas of Puerto Banus and Nueva Andalucia. Multi faceted, she is the Office Manager, as well as a Sales and Rentals Consultant.
Trevor Kerr – Senior Sales Consultant Irish
Originally from Dublin, Trevor relocated to Spain in 2003 with his family. Having had his own business in retail, Trevor is very client aware and for him, service always comes first. Working with some of the top Real Estate Agencies in Marbella, he has gained invaluable experience in both Sales and Rentals. Customer care and client service are very important to Trevor and the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, is what attracted him to Real Estate. Heading up the Luxury Rentals Division for Nicholas Dunne Properties is another string.
Cornelio Oprea - Senior Sales Consultant
Cornelio was born and raised in Bucharest but has lived in Marbella for over 15 years. Having worked as a Senior Sales Executive for a variety of high end Real Estate Companies, he is highly qualified and has excellent local knowledge of the area, being able to give owners an honest valuation and guide clients through their purchase. His expertise lies mainly in high end properties in prime locations of Marbella, such as Sierra Blanca, La Zagaleta, The Golden Mile and Nueva Andalucía. With 5 languages, including French, Spanish, Italian and English, he is a strong member of our team and respected colleague.
Dennis Van Asselt - Senior Sales Consultant
Dennis is originally Dutch, but has lived most of his life in Spain, namely the Balearic Islands, Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol. Having had his own building Company for over 15 years, he has been involved in the construction and sale of luxury developments, townhouses, villas and even castles and palaces, which he is still actively involved in. Dennis speaks 4 languages; German, Dutch, English and Spanish, which together with his good nature and professionalism, means he is able to deal with an array of nationalities. He understands the importance of after care and will always help clients every step of the way.
