Nicholas Dunne Properties is the brainchild of Brennon Nicholas
and Mary Dunne, both professionals with a proven track record in the real estate
industry on the Costa del Sol, with particular expertise in the areas of Marbella,
Golden Mile, La Zagaleta and Marbella Club Golf Resort. Between them, Brennon and
Mary have over 25 years experience in Marbella´s housing market. Both have an unrivalled
network of contacts, are well-versed in Marbella Business practice.

Brennon Nicholas Partner - Director
Brennon, originally from South Africa, has worked on the coast since 1997, with
prestigious companies such as La Perla Living, also running his own business before
taking over as MD of Cluttons Spain in 2007, when he was charged with extending
the respected British company´s client base here. With a strong background in Marketing
& Sales Brennon understands the importance to adapt and to stay in line with
current market trends.

Mary Dunne Partner - Director
Irish, Mary is recognized as one of only a handful of genuine experts in the Costa
del Sol real estate industry. As one of the first foreigners to hold a Spanish Realtor
license – granted in 1995 – with a further course in Les Heures University Barcelona
in 1996, and an MBA in Spanish Real Estate Management - in 2005 - Having developed
property in both Mijas and Marbella in addition to the hundreds of properties bought
and sold through her companies, she has a unique combination of talents to offer
her clients.
Respected by her peers, she not only offers clients her invaluable experience but
