Location Description

Elviria is a popular residential community situated to the east of Marbella, about 12 kilometres to Marbella city centre and 25 minutes drive to the international airport of Malaga. Some of the best international schools are situated in Elviria, namely the English International College, the Deutsche Schule and Colegio Ecos. Elviria has a village feel about it, due to its infrastructure of services, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment facilities. Within Elviria one finds the Santa María Golf Course, with others such as Marbella Golf & Country Club and Rio Real Golf, just a short drive away. Elviria has some of the best beaches around Marbella and numerous beach restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets are dotted along the beach in each direction. The famous Nikki Beach facility which is part of the 5 star Hotel Don Carlos, is also found along the Elviria beach front.
